To get your Miami address, simply register on our platform for free. Upon completion, the system will assign you your mailbox number (PTY) and the exact address to use for your purchases. Register here.

Taxes depend on the declared value of the merchandise. According to Panama's customs laws, items with a CIF value (Cost + Insurance + Freight) above certain amounts may be subject to import duties and ITBMS.

Air freight is charged based on the actual weight of your package. However, if any dimension exceeds 50 inches, the volumetric weight will also be calculated and the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight will be used for billing, according to your plan's rate. Yes, we make home deliveries within the metropolitan area and West Panama. For the interior of the country, we ship through our branches and partner logistics carriers.

Of course. We have a Returns service that makes the logistics process easy for sending your purchases back to suppliers in the United States (charges apply based on your plan). Returns to USA.

Once received at our Miami warehouse, regular air shipments take 2 to 3 business days to be ready for delivery in Panama. Sea shipments take between 12 and 17 days.
