How to request it?
To request the return, you must deliver the package to any of our branches and request the Return Label from your supplier to make the shipment.
Applies to packages transported by Airbox, either by direct customer purchase or purchases made with our Corporate Credit Card. To request a return for purchases made with your credit card, you must deliver the package to any of our branches and request the Return Label from the supplier with the Dropoff option to print the label and make the shipment.
Airbox is not responsible for the full or partial refund of the merchandise cost.
