How does Home or Office Delivery work?

Follow these simple steps to receive your packages without leaving your home or office.

Register FREE

Do it through our online form. If you already have an account, request the change to home delivery by providing your PTY number.

Receive your purchase

Enjoy delivery to your home or office simply by having your credit card registered in our system for automatic charges.

Make your Payment

If you don't have the card registered, you can pay through 'My Account' or Yappy. When we send you the invoice, we'll provide direct payment links.

Notify your Payment

Send your receipt to the official email or use our payment notification link to expedite delivery.

Get ready to receive

Once payment is validated or the automatic charge is processed, we will deliver within 24 to 48 hours.

Premium Plan: Premium plans with a registered card for automatic charges receive FREE home delivery.
Other Plans: For other plans, the service has a fixed cost per delivery (up to a maximum of 5 packages):

Panama City: $1.50

West Panama: $2.50
