The return service is exclusive to the United States; we do not make returns to China or other countries. This benefit is FREE* up to 5 pounds in weight; above this weight a special shipping rate will be offered. Billing by actual weight applies for packages with dimensions under 50 inches on any side. Packages from Economy, Promo or Premium services with more than 50 inches on any side will be billed based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Taking as reference for volumetric weight the multiplication of the 3 sides of the box in inches and dividing this sum by 166.

The "Airbox plus" program will be effective from January 1, 2022, and will remain valid for an unlimited time, unless AIRBOX announces the end of the program to its customers through various digital or written media. Pounds will be valid for one (1) calendar year and will remain valid until December 31 of the current year; after this period, unused pounds will expire. The customer may accumulate their pounds again starting January 1 of the next calendar year. This promotion applies only to personal customers.

No merchandise will be delivered until the total invoiced amount, corresponding to 40%, is paid off. Packages from Economy and Premium services with more than 50″ on any side will be billed according to their volumetric weight. The amount reflected in the quote is an estimate based on the weight and dimensions provided by the customer/supplier. It may vary upon receipt of your order. In case of variations or receiving multiple shipments, the customer must cover the invoiced difference prior to picking up their merchandise. The customer has 30 calendar days to pick up and settle the total invoiced packages from their quote. After expiration, a storage charge of $0.50 per day will be generated. After 60 calendar days, if the customer has not picked up their package or made any contact with the company, the package will become property of AIRBOX EXPRESS S. de R.L.

The tax exemption in Panama applies to packages brought via air with a value under $100 CIF. Law No.53 of December 13, 2007 of the Panama-USA TPC.

The credit applies if the referred person brings their 1st package within the first 30 days of their membership. Economy and Super Economy+ plans will receive $5 per referral and Premium plan will receive $15 per referral. The credit will be made within the next 30 calendar days after the arrival of their package and it being picked up at the counter.
